The entire of message of Be Real is to not to do too much and be authentic. No fluff neccesary. Their website demonstrates this by also being straight to the point. Few words, and a quick message.

Twitter's main call to action is write on the first page when entering. Telling the user to sign up through the multiple methods available. They alternate option of signing in if you already have an account is small and not the main call to action so it is not as noticable.
